CommanderX Speaks From Behind Bars
June 30th update via attorney Jay Rorty with links to call, send money & books
Dear Friends of Christopher,
I visited with Christopher on Tuesday June 29. I shared all of your contact information, good wishes and many of the emails you've sent. Christopher is healthy and wishes me to say that he is strong and ready to face the challenges of this case. He thanks you all for your good wishes and support. The best way to support him at present is to put money on his books to give him access to paper, pencils, books, food etc. Below is the link to the agency that accepts commissary funds.
He hopes to be able to call you collect in the coming days as he is now out of quarantine. To set up a visit with him, please use this link:

He tells me that he is in a single cell and gets outside time only every 72 hours. I am contacting the Classification unit at the jail to confirm this and to inquire as to why he is in solitary. If I do not receive adequate answers I will move the court for a change to in his conditions.
Several of you have expressed an interest in supporting Christopher with a "Legal Defense Fund". My services and any ancillary services related to the defense are paid for by the Court, so there is no need for money for the defense at this point. I told Christopher that he was welcome to substitute retained counsel at any point. He indicated that he wished me to continue as counsel. I have spoken with Tor Ecklund and Jay Leiderman, both of whom graciously offered to consult with me as needed. I will call on them for any advice I need.
Christopher asked for the books he authored to be sent to him through Amazon. Here is the link that will permit this:

His next court date is July 20 at 9:00 Pacific. Here is the information that will allow you to view the proceedings.
