NYC Halloween Parade Kiddie Edition

Three hours, two blocks and one world away from 7pm event

For me Halloween is kiddie fun only so here’s a pinch of wholesome happiness and adorable fashion. They marched from the arch around the west side of the park to the south side where NYU had a full block area with bouncy castles and face painting and pics and reusable goodie bags. Only one pic needs explaining that’s the big potted plant with red flowers.. it’s a costume which helps appreciate the candid surprise.
